I have in mind:
Accretive Dialogue: Lesson from the story of the Blindmen and an Elephant
as well as:
Accretive Cycles: continuous virtuous cycles of betterment for all
the outcome from collaborative PDCA [Plan-Do-Check-Act] cycles
-- a goal oriented, structured framework for accretive dialogue and action
rather than:
non-accretive dialogue: banter, rants,..
and
non-accretive actions: going down rabbit holes, protesting the establishment,..
Implications:
Agency - directed towards desired change, not squandered
Desired positive change - collaboratively defined, manisfested and refined
Non-desirable negative elements - bypassed and obsoleted
Interesting. I tried following some of their links. The video described a kind of interactive website. When I followed the links I only saw static pages.
Indeed, the website (CreateVillage.net) is not quite a finished product but I think the video presents well, in theory at least, how (local) accretive self-organizing could work.
Sounds like class consciousness

Implication over reason?

An example of Agency directed for the Accretive:
